What are the aesthetics of digital trust? This was the question Volvo Cars approached us with in this project. The end result is a business class travel experience with physical and digital privacy in mind. Made in collaboration with Hao Dong and Volvo Cars.
The user is welcomed into the cabin by a light and open space, where you can hang off your coat and prepare yourself for the journey ahead.
To further enhance the premium experience, the passengers can enjoy energizing refreshments in the Volvo Snack bar.
The flow of data is visualized by a calm and subtle change in light intensity and temperature throughout the interior. The passengers can also level up the privacy by disconnecting the the data safe zone when working on confidential material, like having a private online meeting.
